    I replaced the buttermilk with banana yogurt and reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup. Overall, very good breakfast muffin!

    Super tasty. Subbed yogurt with half and half for buttermilk.

    These turned out well. I substituted a mixture of vanilla yogurt and plain yogurt for the buttermilk, reduced the brown sugar to 1/2 cup and did not add any vanilla. I added 1/2 cup chopped dates instead of the other optional ingredients.
