- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

- 1 Tbsp. turmeric (use a little less if you are not used to the flavor)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 160 mL natural Greek yogurt
- 80 mL extra virgin olive oil (or butter)
- 2 bananas (very ripe, mashed)
- 4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (100%, or Manuka honey)
- 3 eggs (large organic, or for vegan use 3 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 9 tbsp water)
- 1 handful blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (or coconut oil, melted)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (Manuka)
