Pretty good! I also had to sub in plain yogurt for the buttermilk. 4 stars because they are very mushy on the inside even after cooking thoroughly.
Tip: Don't grease your pan for best results. The oil in the batter does the trick.

Delicious! I substituted buttermilk with natural plain yogurt which turned out fine. Definitely will make this again!
