Pretty tasty!
I would make again but I don’t eat beef that often. Easy recipe tho!

Never fails to impress. the reduction sauce is divine, almost like an onion soup. I add whole red potatoes to the top of mine then just fork smash them with butter, salt n pepper. Not diet food lol
