This recipe was a hit at my house! The tangy marinade along with the steak rub was so flavorful. I’ve already shared this recipe with family! Will definitely make again!
(Note: don’t cook longer than 45 min. Meat will be a little dry)

This was amazing! We didn't have a food thermometer available, but we cooked it for 55 min and let it rest 10 minutes and it was perfect.

It was moist and very good. i added fresh rosemary to the marinade, a flavor that goes well with Balsamic Vinegar.

I have made this dish a few times and it is one of my favorites. I encourage pork lovers to give it a try.

I realized I didn’t have balsamic vinegar, but I had Newman’s Balsamic Vinaigrette, so I added a cup of that to my bag along with the spicy Montreal steak seasoning. It turned out really good! I am very pleased with the result.

I almost alway sear a pork tenderloin before baking to seal it. Did not do it this time but still came out juicy. Will marinate overnight next time.

My husband says this could be chosen as the one and only meat recipes he ever got to eat for the rest of his life if he was limited to one.
Watch out for salt in your marinade/seasoning!! Little goes a long way!! I marinaded for 24 hrs. Choose mixes that don't have, or have very little, salt!

This dish was very easy to make. I had to make my own rub because I'm on a low/no salt diet. I used garlic pepper Mrs dash original recipe and spike seasoning. I let the meat sit in the fridge over night . This was a great meal, I then used the same recipe for pork loin boneless ribs, great again. A repeat for sure.
