    it was alright. I boiled potatoes before baking. They baked well and were tender. should have used more salt. ill have to try again to make it look like the picture.

    It turn out pretty good ! Hubby loved the potatoes! And he is a picky eater ! I would do it again ! Maybe more time on the potatoes but other than that it was delicious!

    This recipe was delicious! I didn't have asparagus but followed everything else to the book. Will try it with the asparagus next time. Yum!

    the potatoes took a lot longer than 20 minutes, after an hour i put in the asparagus and added a little water covered it with aluminium foil. after another 45 minutes it was finally done. tasted great!

    Very nice but I used way more balsamic than recipe, and added garlic slices instead of garlic oil. Timing was fine.

    Tasty! I'm happy with this recipe. I added a few garlic cloves also. I prefer my potatoes slightly softer so I added about 10 more minutes to the directions.

    Good and easy. I had some Brussels sprouts that were about to go bad so I cut those in half and tossed them in there also and it turned out really good. Potatoes needed to cook longer and next time I will through the Brussels in with the asparagus instead of with the potatoes.

    a fun way of dressing up spuds as a side dish. Added in some sliced carrots for sweet crunch and traded exchanged asparagus for green beans as this was a simple accompaniment.

    Very good but I would suggest cooking the potatoes at least 45min before adding the asparagus. Or maybe boil them first and bake just for taste. Asparagus took another 15min too. Otherwise flavors are delicious.

    This was delicious! Don’t like asparagus... but I love the way it taste in the balsamic vinaigrette. Yummy dish that’s sooooo easy to make.

    Mine was delicious, I cooked a little more potatoes & Asparagus but I tweaked it with a little more seasoning and I set my temperature to 350. I learned along time ago most recipes need tweaking because everyone’s taste is different. Great recipe I will make it again 😊

    Should boil the potato and asparagus before roasting. I had to stir fried it again for the balsamic taste to sit in. But it was a great recipe!
    My potatoes were still raw and there was not much flavor. Maybe with a little tweaking I could make it better for my taste
    Loved it! Easy to prepare, make, and eat! I absolutely reccomend it if you want a nice side with lots of taste and few calories!
