Delicious! Used less beets than called for and used candied pecans in place of almonds.....super tasty!

So very tasty! Makes a lot of vinaigrette, so hardly any needed for the greens. We used mixed greens since my husband doesn’t love just arugula.

Good. I only gave 4 stars bc I modified it. Peeled & chunked the beets, tossed with evoo , salt & pepper, & air fried. The dressing is great tho!!

Really good recipe husband who doesn’t like beets wolfed it down. Needed to adjust the dressing with a little sugar but I think that was the quality of the olive oil I used not the recipe

I did not like the goat cheese I will make it with feta next time, if I make it again
