Delicious — had to cook tenderloin a bit longer (10 mins) so not pink inside
glaze is good addition and put it on mashed potatoes as well! Yum 😋

Turned out great! I use a mix of regular balsamic and fig balsamic for the sauce and it works well!
The sauce was excellent.

Amazing combination, i modified a bit in the recipe where i replaced the Rosemary by Tarjon. The taste came out super good. Had the meat slices layed on some country bread and soaked it with the balsamic sauce.
will definelty do it again.

Tasty and moist...Loved it. Reduced to half as directed, but wish the balsamic reduction was a little thicker. Left overs were amazing over baby spinach salad with balsamic dressing.

I mixed this recipe with hints of another balsamic pork tenderloin recipe and the flavor was outta this world!!! Amazing!
