Super easy and very tasty. Will be making this again! I skipped the oven and just added the tomatoes to the skillet. It was still great.

Super amazing! Had all the items in my kitchen, and left out the rice wine vinegar and came out amazing. Paired with some roasted carrots and mashed potatoes !

DELICIOUS- we added mushrooms to the pan before it went into the oven. Used Mrs Dash original instead of lemon pepper. About 1/2 the honey called for and next time I would add maybe 1/2 as much rice vinegar. It was outstanding
