The steak had a great flavor. I didn’t have fresh oregano and used fresh Rosemary and thyme instead. It’s too cold to grill so I seared both sides sod the steak in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop, then put the skillet on a 425° oven for 5 mins This recipe is a keeper for our family

we love this dish. its so delish. I usually thickin the left over marinade with cornstarch when i heat it on the stove then use to brush on the steak and as a topping gor mashed potatoes or cauliflower steaks.
