  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar (best quality, or to taste)

    The Balsamic kale with cranberries turned out very good! I only had a red onion so I tryed it and it tasted great..Its one of my favorite side dishes now.

    I substituted kale with an 8 oz bag of spinach and added shredded brussel sprouts. It came out delicious!
