    i recommend cooking the sweet potatoes a bit befofe adding the other veggies- this didnt turn out the way i thought it would.... i had to cook it 3x as long as the recipe called for and the sweet potatoes still were not crisping up.

    Amazing! I had zucchini which I would eliminate next time or cut into bigger pieces, it was mushy. The carrots and Brussels sprouts were perfect

    This recipe is great, I doubled it. Two roasting pans full. It took a little over an hour to roast. Yummy

    I used a potato medley, carrots, red bell pepper, sweet onion, snap peas and broccoli. Love the veggie mix but didn't like the sauce, the vinegar was too strong.
