  • 1 zucchini (halved and cut into ¼ inch pieces)
  • 1/2 red onion (cut into large pieces)
  • 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped or pressed)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

    Really good! The flavor is awesome I cooked it in the oven though because we don’t have a grill at the moment and I wanted something I could leave and check on but man what a great recipe! Definitely using again 👍
