This was ok. I will make it again because I love carrots, but there was way too much balsamic vinaigrette.

Yummy! Next time I will use less balsamic as carrots we’re swimming in it, but still delish.

It was a hit at our Thanksgiving dinner. I thought to Balsamic, but everyone else disagreed. It is a keeper for sure.

i liked them but the balsamic was too much for husband and son. i think drizzling it on would be better than tossing.

I have done this twice. You really don't need that much vinegar. Most similar recipes use 2 tablespoons!
