- yellow potatoes (or any potato)
- cabbage
- cherry tomatoes
- 8 cups Brussels sprouts (sliced in half)
- 8 cups sweet potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 6 Tbsp. balsamic glaze (you can add more or less, depending on your preference)

Our guests LOVED the dish. I chose to lower the cook temp and not cover the vegetables while they cooked. Also, I cooked them for only 30 minutes at 350. I used about 4 tbls. of a store bought glaze.
