Very good and wife approved. Unfortunately didn’t have mushrooms on hand, but turned out very good. Will make this again, with mushrooms!

OMG so good and filling! I read the reviews so I cut the olive oil in half. Making it perfect! Making this vegetarian transition not so tough!!! 😋 it was Yummly

really tasty; balsamic enhanced the individudl flavours, but i might reduce the oil a little next time, as it was a little oily.
