We enjoyed this recipe. It came together well, presented well, and was tasty. This recipe can be easily tailored to individual tastes; for example, some sautéed onions in the sauce was an excellent addition; and we added just a sprinkling of shredded parmesan on top just before serving. We also seasoned the chicken w/ salt and pepper to taste. We will make it again; however, next time we will substitute the couscous with something different, maybe orzo or rice. We didn't care for the texture of the couscous.
One other edit. The directions call for sautéing the garlic as the first step. Basically, you are making a garlic oil. Next time, we will leave the garlic in big chunks so we can remove them after they are sautéed. Otherwise, by the time all is said and done, they will burn, and become bitter (especially if you are also planning on sautéing onions).
