    Excellent, husband loved it. Was super simple, made from ingredients already in pantry, 30 minutes from start to plating. Not a big fan of thyme, will leave that out next time I make this.

    I made this for my roommate and me. It was delicious! The thyme and the spice were perfect contrast to the balsamic vinegar and mushrooms. We didn’t have fresh garlic on hand, but we did have prepared minced garlic with peppers (must be Korean) that my roommate had already made—so we used that. It was delightfully delectable! 👌🏻😋

    Made this with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Soooo delicious! The chicken doesn’t need that much time in my opinion, especially if you take 2 large breasts and cut them in half. But the flavors and seasoning and everything else is spot on.

    i used a whole chicken, cut in pieces and increased the ingredients to reflect that. it was really good. served it with a salad.

    Great-added honey as another reviewer indicated. I used a number of other recipes as sources but followed this one closer than others. Used more of seasonings we really like like garlic & more mushrooms. Was especially good with Caesar salad (used Yummly recipes as guides) . Will definitely be making again fulfilling husband’s request. Was our first meal of the year outdoors so was special!

    Tasty. I added white wine while cooking the chicken and took some of the recommendations and used the last 10 minutes to cook the chicken with the mushroom base. 👌🏽
