I added a few tablespoons of honey to the marinade. The chicken thighs had a nice balanced flavor- not too strong, not too sweet. Also marinate the chicken for about 24 hours for more flavor. This is a very nice recipe!

Fantastic!! And i only marinated for 1hr. if done over night then cooked on bbq i would give it more stars. I cooked it under grill and was nice. Hubby and my 2yr scoffed it down and asked for more. Dont change anything with recipe!!

Great recipe! Sub out 1Tbsp of the olive oil for toasted seasame oil and it knocks it out of the park. I also reduced the marinade for a great glaze to put over the chicken, deliciousness!

Was really good. Chicken was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I would definitely make this again. The only thing I did differently was add a tablespoon of organic honey.

Simple, easy, and good. Everyone liked it. Would make it again. Made roasted vegies and a boiled medley of three types of small potatoes. Recipe was fine as suggested.
