Yummy! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs & made the recipe in my IP. I cooked the chicken first, set it aside, & made the sauce using the saute setting. I added some red pepper flakes to the sauce. I also added shallots, red bell pepper & fresh mushrooms, which I also sauted before adding the sauce & reducing. I shredded the chicken after adding it back into the pot & served it over brown rice. Overall it was pretty good but seemed to lack a little flavor. Next time I will play around with the seasonings & see what we like best.

It came out delicious although the chicken came outa bit dry. I was waiting for it to brown, but it didn't until it was too late .

What does it mean to cut two chicken breasts into three pieces. Is that each breast or two breasts?

Turned out good. We did make a few adjustments to taste. Recipe took much longer than expected. Will make again.

The chicken was tender, added red pepper flakes . The balsamic sauce was great served with rice and shredded carrots and broccoli. Will make again.

It turned out amazing i did alter the recipe slightly all i did was add slightly more ingredients with the sauce but i was using more chicken as well so it equalled out to be about the same either way it was delicious and definitely one of the best recipes i made

Good Recipe, may try crockpotting chicken with all ingredients for 3 hours. Then putting moving sauce only into a pan on simmer until sauce is thickened and top off on the chicken.

Delicious. Took a while for it to reduce to a glaze. Used dijon mustard as I didn't see what style to use. Didn't have parsley so it was omitted. Will definitely use this recipe again.
