Next time will use deboned chicken or chicken breast. But was definitely delicious. I skipped the mozzarella cheese. I would have preferred it more saucy.

The family loved it! Used half Avocado Oil and half Olive Oil instead! Also added a little more seasoning while preparing the chicken. Came out amazing! Will make again.

I really wanted to like this dish. However, it not only had close to no flavor, I really didn’t like the onion with it. I’m not opposed to onions but this dish was weird with them. I will definitely not be making this again.

I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. It was yummy but it wasn't that flavorful, not bland, just not exciting. It was easy to make, the best part were the caramelized onions.
