I loved it. I seasoned my chicken first with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Then i seared them off in a cast iron skillet and then I brushed on the glaze.
So delicious. Nice combo of sweet and salty and tangy from the balsamic vinegar.

I made this recipe last night, I took the skin off first and marinaded the chicken in the glaze for 3-4 hours before baking it for an hour at 375 degrees. It turned out just lovely! I really liked how the flavors of the apricot, balsamic, & rosemary came together. Very tasty indeed! Thank you :-)
