- 1 pkg. phyllo dough (thawed according to package instructions)
- 1 1/2 cups butter (3 sticks butter, melted)
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar (I use this one Coconut palm sugar)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 cup Nutella (or chocolate)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (I like to use raw sugar too)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- chopped walnuts (or pistachios, for garnish, optional)
