Great. I modified the recipe to vegan and gluten free version and also reduced the sugar amount.

We had to make a few adjustments but overall is was really good and so light and moist, if someone asked me if I would recommend these muffins I would.

Not very flavorful. Definitely better recipes out there. Texture was fine and seemed moist out of the oven though.

I added mini semisweet chocolate chips and the muffins turned out absolutely perfect! This recipe will be a fall staple!
