- 1 1/3 cups mashed bananas (from about 3 very ripe medium ones)
- 2/3 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 9 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cut into tablespoons and softened)
- 3 Tbsp. brown rice syrup (or light agave nectar, see Tip)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
