- TO BAKE: In a baking pan, add the following: Fish, Garlic Salt and optional: Ginger; coat the outside of the fish and its cavity evenly using a spoon.
- Marinate for about 1 hour, or cover and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
- Place the baking pan [with the marinated fish] in the oven. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the fish skin is crispy and flesh is opaque. Remove and discard any burned ginger.
