Made this tonight with GF manicotti noodles and it was delicious!! I didn't add the cayenne because my 9 year old would not have eaten it and I added an entire package of frozen (but thawed) spinach to the ricotta filling. The kids both loved it and we all ate to much as it was so delicious. Putting the filling in a bag made stuffing the manicotti shells super easy!

5+This was nothing short of stellar. I’m a crazy man, substituted cilantro for parsley. Two words, oh, yeah!!!
