A good amount of spice and flavour made these a delicious exotic treat.

Was very tasty! I preheated the pan and used a different sauce and it still was perfect.

So good! Preheating the pan with the oil helped make the bottom side crispy. My sister can't do wheat so we ground oats into flour and substituted that, which worked well. Also, I added corriander (1 tsp). The yogurt-tahini sauce turned out great too! My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe.

I made it and used dried herbs as I didn't have any fresh. It still came out great. I'm thrilled to have found this recipe.

I didn't make the sauce this time, but the falafel was delicious. I didn't make this early enough to refrigerate for hours so I put it in the freezer and it worked great!

the falafel are delicious! It was my first time trying baked falafel (and not deep fried) and I loved the result!

Delicious! I love falafel and this is an easy, low-fat way of making it.

The baked product looked unappetising (dehydrated and crackly) and did not taste that very flavoursome. I liked the ease of the recipe, but perhaps more work is required to generate a delicious falafel. My hunt continues.
