Truthfully I haven’t made it yet but I will tonight. I needed some instruction because I’ve never really made this type of chicken tender before. I’m going to substitute matzo meal for the breadcrumbs and flour and see how it comes out. Why? I don’t have any breadcrumbs or flour! But I do have a new box of matzo meal so I’m going to try it and then I’ll come back and let you know how it came out. But I did like the specificity of the instructions; for instance I didn’t know putting in the freezer would help settle the coating! Thank you very much.

I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper before breading , followed directions after that and came out perfect! Then when we ate them , we dipped in “chicken dipping sauce” which you can buy at store, was soo good! Yummm, will make again .

I had to substitute a few things to use what I had on hand. I used almond flour, Italian herb seasoning and panko and I used 2 eggs, otherwise followed instructions...turned out yummy! Will definitely make again!

Yummy. I used ground up garlic croutons, instead of bread crumbs and buttermilk and egg to dip the tenderloin Cooked them at 400 degrees for 45 min. Love it

Very good but I added extra seasonings due to the previous comments on this recipe. I also added about 8 minutes of cooking time under the broiler to get the tenders a little crispier.

made this tonight for dinner, the crust part was okay, although it was very thin and didn't add much flavor. The chicken itself was moist (sorry lol is juicy a better word?) but it was very bland. I might try to make it again in the future, but ill deffinitely have to put some seasoning on the chicken BEFORE the flour, egg, & breadcrumb mixture, which i would recommend doing if you plan on trying it. Overall, it was very easy to make and didn't take long. It tasted nothing like fried chicken though lol. I'm new to cooking so maybe i just screwed it up some how, but i did follow the directions that were given

Made the recipe differently without freezing instead I just did the egg wash, and placed chicken tenderloins on cookie sheet with aluminum foil
placed in oven for 15-20 minutes. Spray Pam light just on foil not meat
oven on 325 or 350 degree, depending on your oven. It came out very good will try again..
