I must have cut my zucchini rounds too thin as I ran way out of breading before egg. However they took the same amount of time to cook and didn't seem to be as brown as the picture . I am still giving this recipe 4 stars because they were tasty and NOT FRIED and not only the fat gram savings but the last minute hassle and mess of not frying was the greatest. My husband loved them served with lemon garlic aioli.
