Okay, but to my families taste it needed more seasoning and I agree.
Next time I would adjust the seasoning.

These were a huge hit! I added shredded Parmesan to the breading and they were a prefect side dish. I couldn't get enough and could eat a whole batch myself as a health movie snack.

Everything about this is amazing.
I'm a vegetarian and I loved it, but all of my family are meat eaters, and they loved them too.
This has now become a staple in my house.
