They would've turned out ok except 10 min to broil was too much. They burned. I added paprika and garlic onion pink himalayan salt to the flour mix and extra parsley to the panko crumbs.

These were good, but needs more garlic powder. There wasn't enough of the Panko/Parmesan mix for (2) zucchinis.
