I added mushrooms, green, red and orange pepper, Italian sausage and smoked turkey sausage with a side of green beans and cheese garlic toast.
My family LOVED it! My son said it was one of my BEST meals, seasoned perfectly!

Great! I used some Italian sausage in mine with the ground beef. Family loved it.
