Made this today, added extra ground beef and sauce with some ricotta on each layer with mozzarella and it's delish! Not dry at all, super cheesy but doesn't overwhelm the pasta and sauce. Doubled recipe, saved some plain pasta for other quick 1 serving dishes or cold pasta. Super easy, definite keeper!
