- 1 Tbsp. non fat greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 Tbsp. egg (whisk the egg and measure out 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or one vanilla bean)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 2 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen will work)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 vanilla bean (seeds scraped from the pod)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
