    Used Ground Beef and turned out great! Maybe adjust cook time to 12 min or so if want more medium-well

    When I told my beef loving husband that I was making turkey meatballs, he was not excited. BUT this recipe made a quick convert of him tonight! These will be added to the rotation.

    It was delicious! I also added some low sodium marinara with shredded parm. cheese. Very yummy!

    Great! Balls not perfect lol but my boyfriend couldnt stop eating them. I added more pepper & mccormick seasoning though
