- 1 cup peas (if using frozen simply place peas into a large bowl, cover with boiling water and stand for 2-3 minutes. Drain and they're ready to use)
- 400 grams chickpeas (drained)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 425 grams tuna in oil (drained)
- 1 lemon
- 1 handful basil leaves (picked, plus extra leaves to serve)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch cherry tomatoes (truss, approx. 350 grams)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 breads (wholemeal flat)
