Put the cut tortillas into a sealed zip loc bag with the oil and shook them to coat them before salting and seasoning. Easier than trying to brush on oil, and didn't have any spray. Mixed some hatch chili powder with Hawaiian sea salt, to add a kick. Next time will use more chili powder. Much simpler and cleaner than doing the stove top oil fry for chips!

Great, easy and delicious. Have used flour tortillas instead of corn and they were good as well!
