    It was very good ~ needed additional 20 minutes to cook pepper and onion. Used heavy cream and 2% to thin béchamel. Added red pepper flake.

    Not bad. I think I used too much tortellini-900 grams. Needed more sauce and cheese. I tripled the milk but I could have used more with that much tortellini. And the onions were still crunchy, so a quick sauté would have been a good idea. But we both had seconds, so pretty good all in all.
