- 1 tofu (12- to 14-ounce block of, firm or extra firm)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or natural peanut butter is best -- no chunks)
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (or orange juice)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil (olive oil can be used if you're in a pinch)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey or agave nectar)
- 1 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce (you can add a bit of hot sauce or cayenne pepper for a spicer dish, but I like the sweet chili sauce)

It was really good. I added white rice and broccoli to the side and I made some extra peanut sauce to put on after baking the tofu

Delicious. I added a little bit more peanut butter, salt and pepper to the sauce and added chopped red and green peppers. I sprinkled a little green onion at the end on top.
