- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 jalapeno (diced, add seeds and ribbing depending on heat that you want)
- 3 limes (juiced)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup hot water (add more to desired consistency)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (or more, to taste)
- 24 chicken drummettes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning (recipe included for homemade, may use purchased as well)
- 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 limes (quartered for serving)
