Delicious, extremely moist chicken. I added some pineapple chunks with it in the baking dish. Superb!

My chicken was in the oven for 25 min at 450° when I pulled it out to check it, there were visible raw spots. I would suggest removing the foil and flipping the chicken half way through cooking, leaving it uncovered for the second half of cook time
