- 6 cups spinach (Tahini)
- 1/2 cup nuts (you can use pine nuts, almond or walnuts, I used walnuts)
- 1/2 cup Tahini (store bought is fine)
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth (organic)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 15 oz. chickpeas
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. spice mix (lemon herb)
- 1 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt (optional)
- parsley (or cilantro, to garnish, optional)
