The sweet potatoes themselves turned out great!
I did alter the recipe.
I used 3 small sweet potatoes.
I wanted to make them sweet so I used salt and cinnamon.
I used dark chili powder on half as an experiment. (Instead of oregano and black pepper) I enjoyed both halves!
I tried to bake them with orange flavored cranberries, golden raisins, and salted almonds. The cranberries and raisins got too crispy so I did not account for that in the rating.
The almonds turned out well.
I checked them after 30 min but they needed more time so I baked them for 15 more minutes. Next time, I'll try 50 m-- and no raisins or cranberries until after baking if at all.
Love that this is vegan, healthy, and sweet because I have a sweet tooth
