Was pretty good, but its better fresh. I ate one for lunch the next day and its was still good, but not as good as the day of. Also modified the spiniach mix by adding salt, pepper, ground mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and egg for binding. Came out flavor packed.

A really easy, and healthy recipe that the whole family liked. I added salt to the spinach sauce, sprinkled the sweet potatoes with salt and pepper, and baked them a little longer. I will probably be making this again.
