These were excellent. Easy to prepare. Served with steamed asparagus and baked salmon…would cut the sweet potato in larger wedges next time…I cut some of the potatoes into French fry sizes just to experiment with size…. concerned about fully cooking and there was no need. The thicker slices were better.

Great recipe and technique! I cooked them in the air fryer for 8 mins then flipped and cooked for another 8 mins they cwere crispy and flavorful!

Excellent 5 minutes on a medium-high broil made them super crispy sauce could use more cayenne pepper too

I'm not a huge fan of sweet potatoes. I ended up using Smoky Paprika and found that the light smokey spicing was very good..

amazing! highly recommend.
reminder: Make sure the fries don't touch each other in order to make them crispy.
250 degrees C, 25 minutes , flip half way through.

Too delicious. make sure you dont cut too thin slices as they become overly crispy. A few turned too crispy to bite into. but other than that it was delicious
