Great! Used GEM SQUASH instead of Acorn. Added Garlic and used Fry's Vegan Spicy sausage.

Great for the fall season! Apples gave it a unique but great taste. I used honeycrisp apples. Kids didn’t love it but the adults sure did!

Used a sage flavored breakfast sausage instead of fresh sage. It turned out great!
