Came out really delicious! I cooked the rice in the instant pot with the veggies and everything because it always mess up rice on the stove top and it WORKED. I also recommend adding more salt (the chorizo does not add as much salt as I was expecting) annnnd a bay leaf or two

Reciepe is very accurate and the food came out perfect. Beautiful aromas and flavourful rice. I can recommend this reciepe if you looking for a tasty rice dish.
