My daughter and I did some cooking at her house with some random food she had at the house. This recipe was great. Given that we are the kind of people that need to measure everything since we have no sense of quantity, it would have been nice to know how much teriyaki sauce and sugar to use. We just used 1/4 cup teriyaki and 2 normal size spoonful (not tablespoons) of white sugar, mixed it, microwaved it some, and pour it over the Spam and pineapples and turned out pretty good. We ate it with white rice.

My wife made fun of me for taking this to a neighborhood potluck, but it was the only dish with no leftovers. Just sayin’. Delicious. Serve on jasmine rice!
