This was easy to make. I might try it with a can of Rotel next time. As is, it’s not spectacular but throw in a salad and some rolls/bread and you’ve got a very filling dinner.

Delicious recipe. I jazzed up the sauce by adding cremini mushrooms, red shallots and grape tomatoes. Added lots of seasonings and red pepper flakes to deepen the flavor. Used fresh parmigiano reggiano with the mozzarella cheese. Will make it again!

This is a great comfort food dish. I agree I added some crushed red pepper to add more bite to the flavor. Will continue to make, all kiddos loved it 😍

Recipe turned out well. I added onion ,green pepper, brown sugar and added more seasoning to the sauce. I added the cheese in two layers to make sure it was evenly spread in the dish. Turned out great!

Could use a little more spice. Definitely better with the basil than without.

I made this dish and my family liked it so much that we are adding it to our list of favorites. I substituted 1/2 lb of Italian sausage and 1/2 lb of ground beef to boost the flavor. Instead of all ground beef. I think that I used a little to much spaghetti so I had to add more spaghetti sauce. Very good winter comfort food.
